Cruising the Noosa River Since 1970
The Noosa Queen is one of the longest operating cruise boats on the Noosa River. She has been running daily Noosa River Cruises since 1970. The Queen is a multi decked motor vessel. The Saloon deck has the feel of an old time pub, with a comfortable lounge area as well as bar stool seating along her starboard side where you can enjoy a meal or a drink from the bar and watch the river go by at water level whilst the forward, aft & upper decks provide an open air and a large covered viewing area. We operate in smooth water only and the vessel is a specifically designed river boat providing a high degree of stability, important for passenger comfort.
Captain Dan
Captain Dan has been surfing since he could walk and was a commercial fishermen from age 16. Originally from Augusta, Western Australia, Dan and his family moved over to the Sunshine Coast in 2019.
Dan has always had a passion for boats, the natural environment and the water.
When he’s not behind the wheel of the Noosa Queen, you might catch Dan out surfing the points or fishing on the Noosa River with his daughters.
