The Noosa Queen departs from the Noosa Marina, 2 Parkyn Ct, Tewantin QLD 4565. To find the boat, please follow the blue footprints on the boardwalk that start out the front of the fish and chip shop. We’re located at the end of the dock, next to Pelli’s Restaurant.

Yes. There is 3hr free parking available at the Noosa Marina but you will need to register your number plate using a QR code or the ticket machines. Additional time can be purchased if needed. More information here: https://noosamarina.com.au/contact/

Yes. We accept cash and all major credit cards on board. Please note that there is a surcharge for all card transactions.

Dress comfortably and in layers, as temperatures can change during the evening. It’s also a good idea to bring a light jacket or jumper.

Yes the Noosa Queen does have a toilet onboard but unfortunately, it is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: You can cancel your Sunset Cruise tickets up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund.

• 50% Refund: If you cancel between 24 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund.

• Weather Cancellations: If we cancel the cruise due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
